Jonathan plays the very important role of eCommerce Manager at Piglet. When he's not trying to stop the rest of us breaking things, he's responsible for keeping our site looking optimal. It's Jonathan's job to make sure customers have a great experience on-site, so he spends his time looking for and implementing continual improvements, working closely with our Customer Happiness team. Over his two years at Piglet, Jonathan has made some unforgettable comedy performances during our murder mystery events, including playing Sleeves the butler, and most recently a techno chicken.
