The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and creative Shoot Coordinator & Junior Stylist to join Piglet in Bed for a maternity cover contract. As a Shoot Coordinator & Junior Stylist, you'll be working within our Brand team to bring Piglet's brand vision to life! Working closely with our Art Director, you'll assist with the production, styling and post-production of our online imagery and physical in-store displays. This role will involve a mix of creative work, logistical coordination, admin-based tasks and hands-on styling support.

Hours: Full-time, 6 - 12 months fixed term contract
Annual salary: £30,750 (pro rata)
Location: Hybrid working - with a minimum of 3 days/week in our London office/on shoots
What you'll be getting up to
Content & Photoshoots
- You'll assist our Art director & Stylist in the concept development, selection and arrangement of bedding, sleepwear and props to align within our brand aesthetic.
- You'll lead all cut out photography projects each season, from shoot bookings, shot list briefs to providing on-set support and overseeing image quality control.
- You'll attend pre-shoot appointments with our Art Director, ensuring all images taken are shared with the relevant teams.
- You'll assist in post production tasks such as retouching notes, imagery uploads and re-cropping.
- You'll assist in creating mood boards and style guides, communicating styling concepts to the team and clients.
Coordination
- You'll coordinate the day-to-day running of shoots, including logistics and meal prep.
- You'll liaise with the internal team, Freelancers and external imagery suppliers to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
- You'll take the lead on prop sourcing/return and organisation on shoots, ensuring all bedding and clothing is prepped.
- You'll work closely with our Stylist and our Buying team to plot in photoshoots between seasons throughout the year.
- You'll assist with talent/model scouting and bookings.
Administrative support
- You'll provide administrative support, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, courier bookings, location bookings, team lunches and hotel bookings, call sheets, shoot schedules and freelance bookings.
- You'll manage shoot budgets and keep track of our day to day receipts.
- You'll conduct research on current home decor trends, materials, and styling techniques to present to our Art director & Stylist.
- You'll maintain and organise our product room, creating our styling inventory, ensuring everything is catalogued and easily accessible.

- You'll have a background in interior assistant styling or a similar sector.
- You’ll have good knowledge of photoshoots and their requirements.
- You'll have a proactive approach to work, eager to get stuck in!
