We’re offering a unique opportunity to be part of something new and inspiring! This September, join us in our pop-up experience located in Anthropologie on the vibrant Kings Road, Chelsea, to work on an exciting, not-yet-launched brand.

As part of our exclusive in-store experience, you’ll be among the first to represent and introduce this fresh concept to customers, bringing energy, creativity, and exceptional customer service.

Don’t miss your chance to get a first look—and be the first face—of this exciting new brand.

Requirements:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for an exciting new luxury concept, providing a first-class customer experience that reflects our brand’s identity and values.

  • Engage and inspire customers, introducing them to the new brand, sharing product knowledge, and creating a welcoming and immersive environment.

  • Maximise sales through your detailed product knowledge and exceptional service standards, ensuring every interaction is personal, professional, and memorable.

  • Support daily operations, including visual merchandising and maintenance of our unique concept store, stock management, and maintaining a beautiful, on-brand retail space.

  • Collaborate closely with the brand teams to provide feedback and insights during this exclusive early launch phase.

    • This exciting opportunity will be a fixed-term contract from Monday 1st-28th September 2025.

    There will be numerous work patterns available for this role, ranging from 5 hours to 25 hours per week, with availability during weekends. Please advise us of your available working hours in your application.

    While previous retail experience is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn
