Having joined our Customer Happiness team a little over two years ago, Ella May has fully learned the ropes of life at Piglet, and as Retail Operations Coordinator she helps keep all of our stores and concessions running smoothly. She also plays the important role of being the first person our new retail joiners speak to on their first day, and helps everyone settle in and feel welcomed, as well as making sure all of our training and development is up to date.
