Dan, alongside vocal dachshunds Onion and Toastie, heads up our Customer Happiness team. Our community of customers really is at the heart of Piglet, so Dan and his team play the important role of spotting issues before they arise, making sure our customer experience scales with us as we grow, and finding ways to go above and beyond wherever possible. When he's not representing the voice of the customer, Dan also plays the important role of resident quiz master, keeping the team on their toes with his knowledge of everything from movies to the team's historic instagram posts.
